
Accrew Text Message (SMS) Policy
This Policy explains how Accrew (“we,” “us,” or “Accrew”) sends SMS/text messages for Account Alerts & Security, Transaction Alerts, and Service Updates & Feature News, how you consent (opt in), how you withdraw consent (opt out), and examples of the messages you may receive. This Policy is presented separately from our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and must be agreed to at sign-up.

At mobile app sign-up (or when you add/verify your mobile number), you will see a prominently displayed, standalone checkbox—separate from any other agreement:
When you provide your mobile phone number, please check the box below to enable Accrew SMS communications.
This consent is voluntary, separate from our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and may be revoked at any time.
☐ By providing my mobile phone number, I AUTHORIZE Accrew to send me SMS text messages to communicate about:
Account Alerts & Security (password/email changes, suspicious-activity alerts)
Transaction Alerts (large or unusual transaction notifications)
Service Updates & Feature News (scheduled maintenance or important notices)
AND I EXPRESSLY CONSENT to receive marketing messages from Accrew via SMS.
Message and data rates may apply. I understand I can revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating my preferences in Account Settings.
3. Opt-Out (Withdrawal of Consent)
You may withdraw consent for all of these non-essential SMS at any time by replying STOP to any Accrew text. Upon receipt, we will immediately send you a confirmation:
“You have successfully unsubscribed from Accrew text messages for Account Alerts, Transaction Alerts, and Service Updates.
To resume, reply START or re-enable SMS in your Account Settings.”
After you opt out, you will no longer receive any of the above SMS categories until you opt back in.

1. Account Alerts & Security
“ACCREW SECURITY ALERT: You changed your password on June 20, 2025. If this wasn’t you, contact support at (844) 988-1775. To opt out of alerts, reply STOP.”
2. Transaction Alerts
“ACCREW LARGE TRANSACTION: $1,250.00 at Best Buy on June 20, 2025. If this wasn’t you, please reply NO. To opt out of alerts, reply STOP.”
3. Service Updates & Feature News
“ACCREW SERVICE NOTICE: We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance on June 22, 2025, from 10 PM–12 AM CT. To opt out of service updates, reply STOP.”
5. Message Frequency & Carrier Rates
